If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, we can't provide a refund on this occasion.
In cases where you refuse to accept delivery or fail to pick up the package from the designated pickup location, causing the package to be returned to us, we also can't provide a refund on this occasion.

Orders have to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of Processing Time and Shipping Time. Processing Time is calculated from the time you paid and the order is verified (a verification Email will be sent after payment).

Processing Time : 1-3 working days.
Shipping time: 1-2 Weeks (working days).
For holidays, processing time may take longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.

You can request a return for a refund within 30 days after receiving the items. Return refunds will be subject to a restocking fee for large order.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with complete accessories. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
For products received with broken glass, or dented shades or frames, we will provide replacement for glass or shades at no additional charge. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and want to return the item, we will consider it as a normal return.
For normal return, customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the order was shipped with expedited shipping, expedited shipping cost is non-refundable
